About These Terms

MagSnap is a consumer brand offering phone cases, swappable magnetic backplates, and related phone accessories through magsnapcase.com.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display products, process orders, provide checkout functionality, and operate our online store.

By accessing our website or purchasing from MagSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy and any applicable shipping, refund, or promotional terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Section 02

Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order through MagSnap, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

Submission of an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to review, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary. This may include situations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, payment problems, misuse of promotions, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.

Section 03

Products & Made-to-Order Production

MagSnap offers products including MagSafe-compatible phone cases, swappable magnetic backplates, and related phone accessories.

Many MagSnap products are produced or prepared specifically after an order has been confirmed. This means production may begin shortly after your order is accepted.

Because products are made or prepared specifically in response to an order, our cancellation and return conditions differ from stores that maintain pre-produced inventory.

Product Images & Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, materials, patterns, and details as accurately as possible.

However, the appearance of colors may vary slightly depending on your phone, computer, monitor, display settings, screen brightness, lighting, and other technical factors.

Minor variations in color, positioning, finish, or appearance that are inherent to the production process or digital display are not necessarily considered product defects.

Personalized & Custom Orders

MagSnap may offer personalized or custom products that allow customers to request elements such as names, initials, text, photographs, artwork, or other custom design details.

Customization options may not always be available directly through the product page. If you would like to request a personalized or custom product, please contact us at cs@magsnapcase.com before placing or finalizing your order.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any customization details supplied to us, including spelling, names, text, images, artwork, sizing instructions, and other customer-provided information.

Once a customized product has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

By submitting photographs, artwork, text, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide those materials for the requested purpose.

Section 05

Pricing & Currency

Prices displayed on our website may be shown in multiple currencies. Unless otherwise indicated, the default store currency is USD.

Currency conversions displayed on the website may be calculated using exchange rates provided by Shopify, payment providers, or other technology services. The final amount charged may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, exchange rate, or applicable conversion fees.

Product prices, promotional prices, shipping charges, offers, and other amounts may change at any time without prior notice.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by MagSnap, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, technical errors, or inaccurate product information.

If an obvious pricing error affects an order, MagSnap may cancel the affected order or contact you before proceeding.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel due to an obvious pricing error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Section 06

Payments

Payment methods available at checkout may include Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, currency, or other factors.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

MagSnap may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, appears fraudulent, or is otherwise rejected by the relevant payment provider.

Section 07

Order Cancellation

Because our products may begin production shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests must be made quickly.

To request a cancellation, email cs@magsnapcase.com and include your order number and cancellation request.

A cancellation request is not considered approved until you receive confirmation from MagSnap.

After the 2-hour cancellation period, production may already have begun and we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

MagSnap also reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, payment issues, incorrect pricing, abuse of promotions, or inability to fulfill the order.

Section 08

Shipping & Delivery

MagSnap ships to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, countries within the European Union, and other international destinations where shipping services are available.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery periods, and shipping charges are shown during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and may include both production and transit time.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by MagSnap.

Section 09

Returns & Refunds

Because MagSnap products are made or prepared after an order is confirmed, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect model selection, personal preference, or other non-defective reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a confirmed production issue, please contact us at cs@magsnapcase.com.

Your message should include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs or video showing the issue
• Any other information reasonably required to review the claim

We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Where a physical return is required, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless MagSnap confirms otherwise.

Personalized Products

Personalized and custom products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are produced specifically according to the customer's request, except where the product arrives damaged or contains a confirmed production defect.

Additional details may be provided in our separate Return & Refund Policy once published.

Section 10

180-Day Base Case Warranty

MagSnap provides a limited 180-day replacement warranty for the base phone case only.

The 180-day warranty period begins from the date of purchase shown in your order record.

If an eligible base case develops a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period, MagSnap may provide one replacement base case after reviewing the claim.

To make a warranty claim, contact cs@magsnapcase.com with your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Backplates

Swappable magnetic backplates are not covered by the 180-day base case warranty.

This does not affect our review of a backplate that arrives damaged or contains a confirmed production defect at the time of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents or drops
• Impact or crushing
• Improper installation or removal
• Misuse or abuse
• Unauthorized modification
• Exposure to unsuitable chemicals, heat, liquids, or environments
• Use of the product outside its intended purpose

Section 11

Phone Protection Disclaimer

MagSnap phone cases are designed to provide everyday protection and may help reduce the risk of scratches, impacts, and other forms of damage during normal use.

Use of a MagSnap case does not guarantee that your phone, camera lenses, screen, buttons, or other components will remain undamaged following an accident or impact.

MagSnap is not responsible for damage to a phone or other device caused by misuse, improper installation, improper removal, accidents, drops, impacts, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 12

Promotions & Discount Codes

MagSnap may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, special offers, free shipping promotions, or other incentives from time to time.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including minimum purchase requirements, eligible products, geographic restrictions, expiration dates, customer eligibility, or other conditions stated with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes may not be combined.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of technical error, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or misuse.

Discount codes have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless expressly permitted.

Acceptable Website Use

You may use the MagSnap website only for lawful personal and shopping purposes.

You must not use our website or services to:

• Place fraudulent or unauthorized orders
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful technology
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract website content without permission
• Copy or reproduce website content without authorization
• Misuse discounts, promotional codes, referrals, or special offers
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website
• Use MagSnap products or content for unauthorized commercial resale or reproduction
• Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the MagSnap website, including our branding, logos, product photography, graphics, layouts, website copy, product descriptions, artwork, product designs, backplate designs, and other original content, belongs to MagSnap or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from MagSnap content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a MagSnap product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the product design, artwork, branding, or website content.

Section 15

Third-Party Services

Parts of our website and checkout may rely on third-party services, including Shopify and payment, shipping, technology, analytics, or other service providers.

Certain third-party services may be governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

MagSnap is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, or practices that are outside our reasonable control.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Availability

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, technical errors, or outdated information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted. We may discontinue, modify, or replace products at any time.

Section 17

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MagSnap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

This includes, where permitted by law, damage to devices resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, improper removal, or events beyond the intended protective capability of a phone case.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, website functionality, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page may be revised.

The version of the Terms published on our website at the time of your use or purchase will apply subject to applicable law.
